  • OomKey.com ships merchandise ONLY to locations within the continental United States. At this time, OomKey.com is unable to ship to international locations, Alaska, or Hawaii. Please Note that we are also unable to ship to PO Box and APO Addresses. A valid street address must be provided for delivery. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.


  • Sales Tax
  • OomKey.com charges sales tax to residents of the state of Pennsylvania (PA) for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate.


  • Return Policy
  • OomKey.com will gladly work with you to resolve any product issues you may have. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fragrance gift sets, fragrances, perfume, and cologne. Most watches can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided that the item is in NEW condition and not altered in any way. Follow the following instructions:

    (1) All Returns must have an RMA Number to be processed. Contact sales@oomkey.com or 570-851-4758 to obtain an RMA number. (RMA assignment generally takes 3-4 days)

    (2) Once you receive your RMA Number, repackage your item securely. All original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. must be returned where applicable.

    (3) Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

    (4) Return your item to the address provided with the RMA. We strongly recommend using a trackable return service such as FedEx or UPS to process your return.

    (5) Your return will go through basic fraud screening tests.

    (6) If the return is deemed fradulent, you will be notified directly. In all other cases, your refund will be processed. The entire return process generally takes 2 weeks.
